Insurance claims

We work with your insurance

An accident is stressful enough without fighting through an insurance claim. Marlin Motors accepts all insurance and handles the process for you — the estimate, the adjuster, the paperwork. Bring us your car and your claim number, and we'll take it from there.

Carriers we work with every week

State Farm Claims accepted & handled start to finish
Infinity Insurance Claims accepted & handled start to finish
Kemper Claims accepted & handled start to finish
…and every other carrier GEICO, Progressive, Allstate, USAA — whoever insures your car, we work with them. If you can file a claim, we can handle the repair and the back-and-forth that comes with it.

How an insurance repair works here

  1. Bring your claim number

File the claim with your insurer, then bring us the car and the claim number — or send photos first for a free estimate.

  2. We deal with the adjuster

We document the damage, negotiate supplements for hidden damage, and keep the repair on track — you get updates by text and email.

  3. You drive away like new

The repair is done to our standard, not the cheapest one — and it's backed by our lifetime warranty on body and paint.

The shop is your choice

In Florida, where your car gets repaired is your decision — not your insurance company's. You never need to use an insurer's 'preferred' shop. Pick the shop your neighbors trust, and let us handle the rest.

Common questions

Does Marlin Motors work with State Farm?

Yes. State Farm is one of the carriers we handle every week. Bring us your claim number and we'll document the damage, work directly with your State Farm adjuster, and repair your car to factory specs — backed by our lifetime warranty on body and paint.

Do you accept Infinity Insurance and Kemper claims?

Yes — Infinity Insurance and Kemper are two of our most common carriers. We file the estimate, negotiate any supplements for hidden damage, and keep the repair moving, so the claim is one less thing on your plate.

What if my insurance company isn't State Farm, Infinity, or Kemper?

We work with all insurance companies. GEICO, Progressive, Allstate, USAA, Mercury, Travelers — whoever insures your car, we can handle the repair and the back-and-forth with the adjuster. If you can file a claim, we can take it from there.

Do I have to use the body shop my insurance recommends?

No. In Florida, where your car is repaired is your decision — not your insurance company's. You are never required to use an insurer's ‘preferred’ or direct-repair (DRP) shop. You can choose Marlin Motors and your insurer still has to cover the claim.

Will you handle the insurance claim for me?

Yes. Bring your car and your claim number — or send a few photos first for a free estimate — and we deal with the adjuster, the supplements, and the paperwork. You just approve the work and pick up your car when it's done.

Is the warranty the same on an insurance repair?

Yes. Every repair we perform — insurance claim or out of pocket — is backed by our lifetime warranty on body and paint work, for as long as you own the vehicle.

Are you open on Saturdays?

Yes — we’re open on Saturdays from 9:30 to 11:00 AM. Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we’re closed on Sundays.
