Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes — we accept all insurance claims and deal with the adjuster and paperwork for you. Bring us your car and your claim number, and we'll take it from there.
How long does collision repair take?
Most collision repairs take about a week. How severe the damage is drives the timeline more than anything else, and parts availability or waiting on insurance approval can move it as well. You get a clear timeline with your estimate, and we keep you updated by text and email the whole way. We're known for beating our own dates.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. We back our body and paint work with a lifetime warranty, for as long as you own the vehicle. If something isn't right with our work, you bring it back.
Are you open on Saturdays?
Yes — we’re open on Saturdays from 9:30 to 11:00 AM. Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we’re closed on Sundays.

Factory color drifts with age and sun, so we never guess from a paint code. A spectrophotometer reads the exact color on your car — five precise measurements in about 30 seconds.

2. Computer color match
The scan is matched in Refinity®, BASF's cloud color software, against the industry's largest color database — down to the effect particles in metallic and pearl finishes.

3. Mixed to the gram
That formula is mixed on calibrated scales with Glasurit® and R-M® toners — the same premium paint systems the automakers themselves approve.

4. Sprayed in a sealed booth
Solvent-based basecoat and high-solids clearcoat go on in our temperature-controlled spray booth, blended into the surrounding panels so the repair disappears.

5. Cured, polished & inspected
The finish is cured, cut and polished, then checked against the neighboring panels in daylight before you ever see the car.
